李兴财,男,1984年3月出生,宁夏中卫人,中共党员,工学博士,教授,博士研究生导师。现为中国青年科技工作者协会会员、宁夏青年科技工作者协会理事、宁夏青联委员。入选自治区科技创新领军人才、“国内引才”312计划、宁夏青年科技人才托举工程、“西部之光”人才引进培养计划等人才工程。主持完成国家自然科学基金项目2项,省部级科研项目4项,在研国家自然科学基金1项,作为核心成员参与并完成科技部国际合作专项1项,并获宁夏科技进步二等奖1项。发表科研论文40余篇,授权发明专利5项。
