    万艳妮,女,1994年7月出生,宁夏吴忠人,中共党员,工学博士,讲师,硕士生导师。现为中国指挥与控制学会会员,IEEE会员,担任IEEE TSG、IEEE TPWRS、IEEE TII、IEEE ITS 、IEEE TNNLS等高水平SCI期刊审稿人。
